Perfect in Walton County Awards

The final voting round will be from Sept. 2 to 19 on the form below.

Perfect takes on many shapes and sizes. From cocktails, events and locally owned boutiques to restaurants, small shops and outdoor adventures, perfect is a feeling that resonates in your heart.

Perfect is also a place, embodied by the diversity of the destination that is Walton County--from South Walton’s 16 beach neighborhoods with sugar white sand and turquoise water to the incredible historic treasures and pastoral landscapes beyond the Choctawhatchee Bay. But the heart of our Walton County communities are the people, places and activities we celebrate.

The top five nominees earning the most votes in each category will move on to the final voting round Sept. 2-19. The top three businesses with the highest number of votes in each category will be recognized as Diamond, Platinum or Gold winners at the Perfect in Walton County Awards presentation in January 2026. These winners will be promoted in print and online by Walton County Tourism throughout the year.

Finalists should encourage their guests, customers, followers, friends and family to vote for them in the drop-down menus beginning Sept. 2. Remember: every vote counts! Graphics for social media use can be found HERE.

NOTE: There are no marketing firms or services that can legitimately secure nominations or guarantee a win in the Perfect in Walton County awards. The contest is governed by strict official rules that prohibit any form of manipulation or outside influence. Attempting to work around these rules not only undermines the integrity of the contest but could also lead to disqualification.

Businesses and/or individuals must be located and serve/do business in Walton County to qualify. We are recognizing businesses both north and south of Choctawhatchee Bay. Additionally, businesses and/or individuals who provide beach services (i.e., photographer, yoga, bonfires, chair vendor, etc.) must hold a current vendor permit with the Walton County Code Compliance Department to be considered for eligibility. Please review the contest rules HERE.
