THE RULES 

The annual Perfect in Walton County Awards celebrate the outstanding businesses, people and activities that make our community special. Everyone has a chance to recognize their favorites in Walton County. To qualify for an award, businesses and individuals must meet the following criteria:

  • Location: Must be located in and conduct business within Walton County (applies to areas both north and south of the Choctawhatchee Bay).
  • Beach Services: Any business providing beach services (e.g., photography, yoga, bonfires, chair rentals) must hold a current vendor permit with the Walton County Code Compliance Department.

Obtain Votes for the Final Voting Round (Aug 31 – Sep 18)

The Top 5 finalists can promote their businesses and remind everyone to vote below. Only one voting form per email address will be accepted during this time. Graphics for social media use are found HERE. Remember, every vote counts and can make the difference!

The top three businesses with the highest number of votes in each category will be recognized as Diamond, Platinum or Gold winners at the Perfect in Walton County Awards presentation in January 2027. These winners will be promoted in print and online by Walton County Tourism throughout the year.
 
NOTE: There are no marketing firms or services that can legitimately secure nominations or guarantee a win in the Perfect in Walton County Awards. The contest is governed by strict official rules that prohibit any form of manipulation or outside influence. Attempting to work around these rules not only undermines the integrity of the contest but could also lead to disqualification.
