June 1- Art in the Park: Topsail Hill Preserve State Park- 9 AM – 2 PM

Join Topsail State Park for their monthly Art in the Park exhibition and create your own work of art using a different technique each month. Fees include all materials needed, and is paid at the ranger station the day of class.

June 1-5 -Discover the Nina and Pinta at Baytowne Marina- 9 AM – 6 PM

Now through June 5 visitors can explore replicas of the Christopher Columbus ships the Nina and the Pinta. Both ships tour as a new and enhanced “sailing museum” for the purpose of educating the public on the “caravel” used by Columbus and many early explorers to discover the world. Admission charge is $8.50 for adults and $6.50 for children ages 5 and up.

June 2- Charity on Tap at Grayton Beer Company – Noon – 9 PM

Join Grayton Beer for a day of beer, music and friendly competitions to benefit SendWell representatives. Guests can enjoy 18 local beers on tap, British pub fare food truck, live music, a cornhole tournament, team trivia, hourly giveaways and more! Hear from Sendwell founder, Lauren Douglass on how you can play a part in capturing stories from the front lines of the global fight against homelessness, poverty and human trafficking.

 

June 9- Paddle for Prevention – 8:30 AM – 2 PM

The 3rd Annual Paddle for Prevention- an American Foundation for Suicide Prevention event to expose people to paddleboarding and show how healing and therapeutic the water can be. This is an opportunity for beginners to try paddling for the first time, or for experienced paddlers to enjoy time on the water. Events include an open water paddle, SUP team race and after party at La Playa.

June 16- Kids Fishing Workshop- 10 AM – 2 PM

Bring the whole family out to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park for a day of fishing 101. Kids and parents will work through a variety of stations to learn about fish, ways to fish, places to fish and how to fish. The first 200 kids will also receive a mini tackle kit!

June 16 – Bands of 30A Charity Concert- 4 – 9 PM

The June Bands of 30A Charity Concert will take place at Grayton Beer Company Taproom and will feature TK & Duke Bardwell with Mark Gillespie and Max McCann Band. Enjoy a songwriters round with Q’werty, Mel Knapp, and David Chastang with music by Spanish Fly and Forrest Williams Band rounding out the evening. The concert benefits Westonwood Ranch, you can purchase tickets online now!

June 19-24- Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic

Held June 19-24 at the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, the Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic (ECBC) is a premier sport-fishing tournament. Big fish and big money prizes have made ECBC an event you don’t want to miss. Baytowne Marina is the place to be for two days of exciting weigh-ins as anglers vie for nearly $2 million in prizes. There will be nightly entertainment and activities, as well as a live cooking demonstration, fireworks, and live music. Admission is free and open to the public.

Free Fitness Slow Flow Yoga at The Market Shops in Miramar Beach – 9 AM

Bring your mat and enjoy free fitness classes on the lawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at The Market Shops in Miramar Beach. Classes include Slow Flow Yoga on Monday, BUTI yoga on Wednesday and Bootcamps on Friday. Free and open to the public, no reservation needed.

Join The Seaside Repertory Theatre for a completely original storytelling experience for children of all ages.  Watch as we create a new, one-of-a-kind Adventure in Alys, created by our audience and maybe even join in the stories yourselves!

Join the actors of The REP Theater in Seaside as they present a free one-of-a-kind storytelling experience for children and adults of all ages! Each day The REP will offer a new story with audience participation.

Hydroflight Monday at The Village of Baytowne Wharf- 6:30 PM

Set your eyes on the sky as you enjoy fly-board extraordinaire Ben Merrell over the Baytowne lagoon! Watch as he soars to the sky and makes waves at Baytowne Wharf.

Tuesdays:

Tie-Dye T-shirt Making at Fonville Press in Alys Beach- 10 AM           

Bring the kids to make an Alys Beach Tie-Dyed T-shirt to take home with them at Fonville Press. T-shirts are $15, and space is limited.

Wine & Song at NEAT Bottle Shop in Alys Beach- 5 PM

Partake in select featured wines, light bites and live music at Fonville Press during Wine & Song. Case deals will be available on the featured wines. $15 per person, ages 21 and up only.

Boomin’ Tuesday at The Village of Baytowne Wharf- 6 PM

Enjoy lawn games and inflatables in the Events Plaza from 7-9:15 pm. Then put your eyes on the sky and watch as Baytowne Wharf lights up the night sky with a breathtaking fireworks show over the Lagoon at 9:15 pm.

Huck & Lilly Concert at Seaside Amphitheatre- 6:30 PM

Fun filled characters and music, live on the Seaside Amphitheatre. Suitable for kids and adults of all ages, free and open to the public.

Baytowne Live at The Village of Baytowne Wharf- 7 PM

This summer enjoy the musical stylings of local artists as they take the stage at the Baytowne Wharf Events Plaza. Concerts are free and open to the public and take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This month enjoy music by Stevie Hall and “Howling Jack” Lowe.

Summer Reels at Alys Beach Amphitheatre- 8 PM

Bring blankets and chairs to enjoy family-friendly films under the stars. All outdoor movies are free and open to the public. Food and beverage will be available for purchase, outside food and drink are also welcome.

Wednesdays:

Geocaching around Topsail Hill Preserve State Park- 9 AM

Topsail Hill State Park invites you to enjoy their “one of a kind” geocache program. Visitors can check in at the Camp Store and pick up the geocache packet. This activity will take you to various points throughout the Preserve. Note: the hiking and biking trails are easy to moderate in difficulty, some are paved, sand and gravel, or hard pack.

Intro to Improv at Fonville Press in Alys Beach- 10 AM

Come take an introduction to improv comedy workshop with actors from the Seaside Rep.  The Rep’s improv workshops are all about having fun and learning to think on your feet.  Have a blast learning the basics through improv games and exercises! All ages and experience levels are welcome, and parents can join too!

Wednesday Night Bonfire on the Beach at The Bay in Santa Rosa Beach- 6 PM

Enjoy a free beach bonfire at The Bay with killer sushi, drink specials, live music and lawn games. The bonfire is open to the public with food and beverage for purchase.

Children’s Theatre “ Beauty and the Beast” at North Barrett Square in Rosemary Beach- 6:30 PM

The cast of the Seaside Repertory Theater will perform “Beauty and the Beast” at North Barrett Square every Wednesday night at 6:30. The REP's outdoor theater brings magic and laughter to the stage. Bring a chair or blanket, snacks and drinks, and enjoy the show. Free and open to all ages. In case of rain, the play will move to Town Hall.

Summer Concert Series at Alys Beach Amphitheatre- 7 PM

Live music in the Alys Beach Amphitheatre. Food and beverage available for purchase at Henry’s Pizza Truck.

Wednesday Night Concert Series at The Village of Baytowne Wharf- 7 PM

This summer, wind down the evening with an outdoor concert. Every Wednesday night enjoy the stylings of both local and regional talent on the Events Plaza Stage. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy the show!

 

Thursdays:

30A Farmer’s Market at 30Avenue in Inlet Beach- 9 AM

Come out to do your food shopping and pick up fresh from the farm produce, baked goods and pastries, delicious prepared foods, and much more. Stroll 30Avenue town center where you'll find vendors lining the park with tents and all the good stuff. Enjoy the day in Inlet Beach, Florida. You can also visit 30A Farmers Market on Sundays in Rosemary Beach (9am - 1pm).

The Awkward Oxen Improv Hour at Fonville Press in Alys Beach- 10 AM

Awkward Oxen Improv Hour is a free, fun, interactive, and fast-paced comedy show that’s fun for groups of all ages. Join The REP’s improv troupe, The Awkward Oxen, as they play improv games, and make up scenes and songs on the spot based on audience suggestions. Join in on the fun (if you’d like) with their free improv workshop each Wednesday and performance each Thursday!

Magical Thursday at The Village of Baytowne Wharf- 7 & 8 PM

Watch at featured pirate magician Captain Davy takes you on an adventure with two magic shows at 7 PM and 8 PM.

Theater Thursdays at Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach- 7-9 PM

A performance of Romeo and Juliet like you’ve never seen it before! This interactive and family-friendly version of classic theatre is adapted by Gillette Elvgren and re-imagines these star crossed lovers meeting in the fabulous Art Deco era of the 1920’s.

DJ Dance Party on the Lawn at The Hub in Watersound- 7 PM

The whole family can enjoy this dance party at The Hub lawn. Every Tuesday night bring the kids to boogie down on the lawn while you sit back and relax or join in! Food and Beverages are available for purchase, event is free and open to the public.

Central Square Cinema at Seaside Amphitheatre-8 PM

View a variety of family movies on the Seaside Amphitheatre lawn this summer. Bring your blankets and chairs, grab some food from one of the many Seaside merchants and cozy up for family fun entertainment!

 

Saturdays:

Seaside Farmer’s Market at Seaside Amphitheatre- 8 AM

Seaside Farmers Market takes place in the Seaside Amphitheater every Tuesday and Saturday rain or shine 8am-12pm! Seaside Farmers Market is on a mission to educate the public about sustainable practices by providing a well-rounded, green living experience. Vendors offer farm fresh, locally grown produce, homemade baked goods, beef from happy cows, heirloom seeds, artisan breads and cheeses, organic eggs, preserves, and doggie treats, to name a few.

 

Farmer’s Market at Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach- 9 AM

From 9 a.m.- 1 p.m. the outdoor market will feature dozens of unique vendors offering locally sourced food items, such as produce, eggs, milk, cream, butter, grass-fed beef, chicken, lamb, pork, local honey, pickled vegetables, and gourmet jams. On the artisanal and green side, Grand Boulevard Farmers Market will offer flowers, herbs, soaps, and lotions.

Family Challenge Saturdays at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park- 9 AM

Each Saturday of the month we invite visitors to come and participate in their “Geocache Topsail “& “Topsail Photo Scavenger Hunt” programs.  You may choose to do one or both programs and return to the camp store to pick up a surprise at the end of your visit.  Enter the park through the main gate and park staff will direct you to the camp store to pick up your program packets, you will need a GPS or a smart phone capable of GPS as well as a camera or smart phone for pictures.

Grab the blankets and chairs and bring the whole family out for an evening of fun and funky jams. Enjoy the musical stylings of local and regional artists from various genres, and grab a bite to eat at one of the surrounding establishments. Outside food and drink welcome, free and open to the public.

Sundays:

30A Farmer’s Market at South Barrett Square in Rosemary Beach- 10 AM

Come out to do your food shopping and pick up fresh from the farm produce, baked goods and pastries, delicious prepared foods, and much more. Take in the stunning views of Rosemary Beach where you'll find vendors lining the park with tents and all the good stuff. Grab a coffee from Amavida and sip as you shop.

 

Sunday Cinema at The Village of Baytowne Wharf- 8:30 PM

Enjoy family-friendly movies on the Baytowne Wharf events plaza lawn. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and cozy up for a feature film. Enjoy Minions on June 3, Emoji Movie on June 10, Beauty and the Beast on the 17th and Moana on the 24th.
